Shipping

Books are shipped from the books author or publisher. They are shipped via parcel post. Once the book has been shipped you will be emailed that it has been dispatched and its arrival date.

Refund Policy

Risk of loss
All items purchased from Clip Art & Scrap are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product descriptions
Clip Art & Scrap attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Clip Art & Scrap does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• If a book offered by Clip Art & Scrap itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
•  If the book is defective you may return it in its their original condition. Notification of dissatisfaction and dispatch should be made within 10 days of receipt.
• When writing to arrange for its return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise.
• We recommend you send your package using registered/traceable mail - we cannot assume responsibility for a lost parcel.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 6-8 weeks to process your return. Return refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receiving the returned parcel at our distribution centre. Allow additional time during the busy holiday season. You can check the status of your return refund. The funds will be deposited back in your paypal account, and Clip Art & Scrap.com will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

• All refunds are in American dollars.
• We do not add tax to international orders, but you may have to pay local taxes and customs charges in your country.
• We do not accept responsibility for these charges. International orders may be opened by official Customs Agents for review of their contents.

Book policy
Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition
This is as follows:
a. If the goods Clip Art & Scrap delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Clip Art & Scrap shall have no liability to you unless you notify Clip Art & Scrap in writing of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of goods in question.
b. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, Clip Art & Scrap shall have no liability to you unless you notify Clip Art & Scrap in writing at the Clip Art & Scrap contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.
c. If you notify a problem to Clip Art & Scrap under this condition, Clip Art & Scrap only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment, unless such method is no longer valid in which case Clip Art & Scrap e-coupons will be issued to the value of the refund due.
d. Clip Art & Scrap will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Clip Art & Scrap under this condition and Clip Art & Scrap shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.

Shipping

Paintings are shipped from the Artist. Please contact the artist about the painting before purchasing it.

Refund Policy

100 % refund is applicable if the painting arrives damage. Proof of damage is required and the damage must be reported in writing to our contact email address within 10 days of receipt of the painting. In the refund request email please title it Refund Request – Painting. The name and description and bill number must be included along with the damage and its proof of damage. Upon receipt of this email, the return painting address will be issued.  When the painting is returned the return shipping cost is absorbed by the returnee, and returned via a traceable means. Information on means of tracing the package must be sent us. Payment will be refunded to your Paypal account within 10 days of the receipt of the painting.
