These images are intended for Personal use by individuals.
If you wish to use them commercially for example you are a small business or individual who digitizes or makes hand-made items
please select the commercial license when choosing your set.
These images are royalty free as long as the below conditions are met:
All images remained copyrighted to the artist. The artist retains all copyrights on all products and all rights related to the original copyright. By buying a product, you are only buying the right to use it in personal or commercial projects.

Personal Use
You are allowed to
* all personal projects. Personal emails (please give credit) ;
*saving/copying/backing up images for your own person is recommend;
*alter the images for personal use is permitted. The copyright for altered images whole or partial images still remain with the original artist.
*if you wish to use image as a decoration in your personal website please give us credit some where on your site.
*you may submit finished layout to scrapbooking publications or sites as long give us the a appropriate credit
You are NOT allowed to
* images are for viewing purposes only. You are not allowed to give permission to others for downloading or to allow copying or selling of our clipart for any reason;
*images are not to be shared, added to websites as stock or included in any type of collection in clipart format.
* images cannot be altered outside of the allowed parameters or added to and be claimed as your own.

Commercial Use
The commercial license must be purchased in addition to the image or image set that you wish to use commercially.
If you are producing 500 or more items in 12 months; or 1000 or more candy wrappers with the image please contact us first.
You are allowed to
* sell digitized embroidery designs in the digitized format only. Do not share, sell or give the original image or file;
* use images for screen printing , candy wrappers, finished craft products, scrapbook pages, digital scrapbook pages, rubber stamps;
* use images as webpage designer as part of your overall webpage which is made for sale;
*printables - must be part of a completed printable item and not in any original image format. i.e. the image cannot be separated from product but has to be incorporated into the finished project's design;
*tags or email signatures - original source of the artwork has to be credited e.g. Original artwork ©Jehanne www.clipartandscrap.com;
*image may be tubed but credit must be given to original artwork source;
•modification - is allowed by changing size, colour or by adding something to the design. The artist will still retain all copyrights. For images used in whole or part the copyright is retained by the original artist;

I have tired to make the TOU as simple as possible. A good rule of thumb is - if what you wish to do with use the image/design/clipart will compete with this site or if it is serious mass production- please email us first before to confirm if it is allowed.

Due to the electronic nature of the product and the possibility for it to be easily reproduced, refunds are not offered. If you have any kind of problem when downloading any of the sets or you receive a damage file, contact us immediately and we will send it to you again as soon as possible.
